How many products can I test in one month?
Each product can ONLY BE CLAIMED ONCE PER HOUSEHOLD (U.S. residents only please). You can enjoy up to three (3) products per month provided that these are of different brands. Once you have reached your monthly limit, please come back in a month's time, to continue enjoying our product offers. 

How soon will I receive my free product?
To get started, check out our Terms & Conditions and follow the steps. Once you’ve completed all the required steps, you’ll receive an email confirming the delivery date, which is typically in 1-3 business days subject to the Terms & Conditions. From there, you’re free to enjoy your new favorite product!

When do I get reimbursed for my purchase?
As soon as your order is confirmed and the product is delivered, we will begin the refund process directly to your designated account that we accept. It typically takes 24 business hours to process once you’ve submitted all your details. If you’re experiencing any delays, contact us any time at support@testandinfluence.com.

Am I allowed to return the product and/or ask for a refund?
No. After receiving your rebate from us, you cannot return the product and/or ask the third-party site for a refund. But if you happen to receive a defective product, please reach out to customer service for the applicable third-party site for a replacement.
